Örmek, cezaevi kapısında bekleyen uzman çavuşun savcılık kararını gerekçe göstererek, fotoğraflara “ırkçılığı ve şovenizmi çağrıştırıyor” iddiasıyla el koyduğunu dile getirdi.</p> <p>Örmek, her hafta arkadaşını cezaevinde ziyaret ettiğini ve dışarıya olan özlemini bir nebze olsun gidermek için fotoğraflar çekip gönderdiğini belirterek, arkadaşının cezaevi görüşüne gittiğinde sık sık bu tür sorunlarla karşı karşıya kaldığını kaydetti. Örmek, daha önceki bir görüşmede de yanında getirdiği bir kitabın üzerinde “yumruk” resmi bahane edilerek kitabın cezaevine alınmadığını kaydetti.</p> <p>DÜ öğrencisi Süphan Noyan, üniversitede düzenlenen bir yürüyüşe katıldığı iddiasıyla Diyarbakır 5. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nce açılan davada “Örgüt üyesi olmamakla birlikte örgüt adına suç işlemek” ve “Örgüt propagandası yapmak” gerekçesiyle 11 yıl 7 ay hapis cezasına çarptırılmıştı. 20 Aralık 2011’de mahkemece kesinleşen kararın bozulması için Noyan’ın avukatları Yargıtay’a başvurmuştu.</p> <p>Cezaevine “ırkçılığı ve şovenizmi çağrıştırıyor” gerekçesiyle alınmayan fotoğrafların birisinde ayakta kalabilmek için bastona dayanmış yaklaşık 80 yaşındaki bir annenin zafer işareti yaparak objektiflere verdiği poz var.
